We are happy to discuss the commercial hire of the property for shoot for indie/startup photography and web content videos. For small scale shoots we charge an additional $1,500 fee per shoot day in addition to the usual nightly rate. We also request an additional night’s stay is booked before and after the desired dates. We also require full insurance, and removal of all items/waste post shoot.

Larger scale TV and feature films requiring street permits and disruptions to the block require deeper discussion. Minimum requirements are full insurance coverage, booking of nights either side of shoot days and an additional daily fee, amount TBD based on scale of production, in addition to the nightly fee. Please note: any commercial use without advance permission will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
